Opening our doors on February 22, 2022, what is now known as The Mistletoe Farm began as a simple step of obedience and hospitality. From humble beginnings—offering accommodations to passing travelers, friends, and family—a deeper vision began to blossom in the heart of our founder, Brooke Peterson. Guided by faith and divine inspiration, that small act of welcome grew into something far greater than imagined.

Today, The Mistletoe Farm in Graham, Texas is a faith-based nonprofit ministry and community gathering place built on hope, restoration, and love in action. What started as a place to stay has become a sanctuary of light—providing not only temporary shelter, but dignity, encouragement, and a renewed sense of purpose for those walking through life’s most challenging seasons.

At its heart, Mistletoe Farm exists to love people well in real and practical ways. We provide short-term housing for individuals and couples rebuilding after hardship, while intentionally creating space for healing, friendships, and transformation. Every moment matters here, especially for those who feel unseen or overwhelmed by circumstance.

The farm is also home to meaningful community gatherings, including Miracle on Mistletoe Lane, our annual free-Living Nativity that has become a cherished tradition. Families, churches, and businesses are welcomed to use the property for meetings, celebrations, and connection—because community is where hope takes root.
