As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team.
 

Job Summary

As the Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for the count, organization, and placement of inventory. You will use a small forklift to move materials around the yard. Counts will be performed weekly to monitor stock levels. The job will require you to be on a forklift 85% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Stock supplies according to business needs
• Maintain control of inventory room
• Issue supplies to production personnel and maintain ongoing tracking of their location
• Keep company property well maintained and clean
• Re-stock the inventory areas daily, or as needed
• Conduct inventory count of workstations, as scheduled
• Conduct inventory cycle counts of supplies, as scheduled
• Correct any inventory deficiencies or discrepancies
• Maintain inventory counts daily

•   High school diploma required
• 1-2 years Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience as forklift operator preferred
• Must be able to lift 100lbs with use of a dolly
• Detail-oriented
• Multitasking
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with a great work ethic
