Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team overseeing the installation, repair, and upkeep of company and personal properties. Responsibilities include construction and mechanical work, as well as managing schedules, safety protocols, and equipment. Must have strong leadership skills, the ability to perform physical tasks, and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include technical training in relevant fields and experience with facilities management. 

Requirements: Proven maintenance experience, leadership skills, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in various weather conditions, and a valid driver's license.
