Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Bryan Insurance Agency, Ltd in Graham, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our clients and provide crucial administrative support for our office. There will be opportunities to expand your role and grow within the agency. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Professionally manage incoming calls, ensuring proper routing to staff members
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Coordinate scheduling and maintaining office calendars
  • Perform basic office tasks, including mail distribution, filing, data entry, and ordering supplies
  • Order loss runs and process downloads
  • Provide support to others in the office, handling diverse tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic office software
  • Comfortable with using a variety of software and digital tools
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes is a plus
  • Professional and courteous attitude with a strong attention to detail
  • Energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
