DESCRIPTION:Preparations are underway for this year's Possum Pedal Bike Ride.  This year's Possum Pedal is being paired with the 5th Annual Food Truck Championship of Texas on Saturday\, June 1st.   This year we have all new routes!  The riders will be departing the town square at 3rd and Oak Streets at 7:30 am.  Routes will be announced soon! \n\n\n\nThis year promised to be another exciting event as we once again have the Food Truck Championship of Texas on America's Largest Downtown Square immediately following the Possum Pedal.   Food trucks from across Texas and even further will compete for a grand prize of $10\,000.  There will be live music\, shopping around the square\, an art show and fun activities for the kids and the entire family. We'll top of the night with a concert!  This is an opportunity to bring people into Graham who otherwise would not have found their way into our town.
